First topic message reminder :We do not have many of these but do wish to make Pals a safe and fun place to be so....
1. We are a General / PG rated group. Under NO circumstances are nude or violent images allowed on our boards - this means no bottoms or nipples (on females) showing. Any adult tags will be deleted. No profanity is allowed in the group.
2. Please check our Artist Permissions Forum regularly and follow all artist's Copyright Terms of Use when using their artwork. We very much appreciate the Artists allowing us permission to use their work and want to respect their rules. Please use only Artists listed on our Permissions list. Management strictly enforce this rule and any member who repeatedly violates this will be warned and may be unsubbed.
3. We do allow the use of CILM, GILD, MPT, AMI or other Pay to Use images in the group if and only if a correct license has been purchased. License numbers should be included on all tags using PTU images as per the rules of the PTU company. Pals Management will delete any tags without license numbers but accept no responsibility for individual members posting tags with the wrong license number on. PTU images must still fit in the G/ PG rating of the group.
4. Management reserve the right to delete any tags or posts that infringe our rules or the copyright terms of our Artists with no explanation. Please ensure your copyright information is clearly visible and readable on your finished work. If we can't read it, we will delete it. Any questions regarding tag deletions should be addressed to management

5. Please do not claim or alter any tags or snags from this forum. Most members will gladly make you a tag or allow you to add details but please ask first.

7. We ask you post at least once a month in the group - this can simply be signing in on one day in the month. We see no point in being part of a group and not participating. Management do member sweeps periodically and unsubscribe any inactive members. If this happens to you, you are welcome to re-apply to the group one more time. If you are going to be away for any length of time, please post a message
HERE - you do not have to explain why if you don't wish to - just tell us you won't be around.
8. Some places within the group have specific rules or guidelines - these are published in those areas. Please read these before posting there.
9. Members are not allowed to spam or flood the group forum or chatroom. Any member doing this will be banned for good.

Members should not use the group to ADVERTISE or sell their own work. No spamming, soliciting members. Do not send PM's or e-mail's to our members for personal information, email's or to ask them to join your group/blog/ect.11. As always, please be polite and courteous to your fellow members. Any disputes between members should be addressed by email to management.
